It does not apply to Individual Module Purchases, The Funeral Fix Express In-Person Training, The Funeral Fix Playbook or any other Funeral Fix product or service.

After receiving one refund under this policy for a particular eligible product, any subsequent purchase of the same product by the same person is not covered under this guarantee, and no refunds will be made for such subsequent purchases.

There are strictly no refunds once The Funeral Fix Certification is awarded. Anyone who receives a refund will be removed from The Funeral Fix Private Facebook Group and The Funeral Fix Celebrant Directory.
Once all of the quizzes and assessments have been written and passed, The Funeral Fix Certification is awarded, and a "get certificate" button appears. To maintain the money-back guarantee, do not write and pass all exams.

Refunds will be made by the same method as the purchase and returned to the same account and account holder.
